Inventory last week in Evergreen San Jose, Ca basically stayed the same at 126. Interestingly enough, there was more closings than the week before and more listings are under contract. September should have a fairly decent number of closings.
Countywide, inventory did take a dip but closings did increase slightly.
We are heading into a slow down season but I think activity for the Bay Area will remain fairly healthy. Healthy in terms of days on market and values staying steady.
